In This Chapter
Settings Page
The Settings page allows you to customize your experience and the branding of your client-facing reports. It is divided into several sections:

User Information
This section allows you to update your personal information:
- First Name and Last Name: Your name as it appears in the application.
- Email Address: Your login email.
- Phone Number: Your contact phone number.

Company Logo
Personalize your tax plan reports by uploading your company logo. This logo will appear on the cover page of all generated PDF reports.
- Recommended Size: 200x200px
- Supported Formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
Color Palette
Customize the color scheme of your reports and the application interface to match your brand. You can select colors for:
- Primary, Secondary, and Accent: Main brand colors.
- Background and Text: Colors for the report background and text.
- Preview Report: Click this button to see how your color selections will look on a sample report.
- Reset: Restores the default color palette.

Report Customization
Tailor the content of your PDF reports:
- Report Header Text: Customize the main title of your reports.
- Report Footer Text: Add a custom footer, such as a confidentiality notice or your company slogan.
- Show Logo, Show Date, Page Numbers: Use these toggles to include or exclude these elements from your reports.

Preferences
Set your personal preferences for the application:
- Timezone: Choose your local timezone to ensure all dates and times are displayed correctly.
- Language: Select your preferred language for the application interface.

Notifications
Manage how you receive notifications from the application:
- Email Notifications: Receive updates via email.
- Browser Notifications: Get desktop pop-up notifications.
- Plan Updates: Be notified when your tax plans are ready.
- Newsletter: Subscribe to receive tax tips and updates.

Security
Manage your account security:
- Change Password: Update your login password.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security.
- Active Sessions: View and manage all devices that are currently logged into your account.

Admin-Only Features
Admin: Tax Plan History
This page, accessible via the Shield icon, provides a comprehensive overview of all tax plan activity across the platform. It is designed for administrative oversight and management.
Key Features:
- Dashboard: Shows high-level metrics such as Total Plans, Active Plans, Deleted Plans, and Total Users.
- Filters & Search: Powerful tools to find specific plans:
- Search by client name or email.
- Filter by plan status (e.g., draft, completed).
- Filter by user.
- Select a date range.
- Plan List: A detailed list of all tax plans, showing the preparer, client, creation date, and status.
